Ukrainian Chocolate Frittata
A rich, chocolate-infused twist on the classic Italian egg dish. Perfect for breakfast or brunch.

- ●2 oz melted chocolatesemi-sweet or dark chocolate works best
- ●1 package ukrainian frittata mix
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Whisk eggs in a large bowl and set aside.

Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 10-second increments, stirring between each interval.

Add melted chocolate to the whisked eggs and stir until well combined.

Add Ukrainian frittata mix to the egg mixture and stir until smooth.

Pour mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate or skillet.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
