Blue Cheese Dutch Casserole
A rich and savory casserole with a tangy blue cheese twist. Perfect for a cozy dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 lb ground beef80/20 lean to fat ratio works well
- β1 cup melted cheeseshredded cheddar or mozzarella
- β1/2 cup blue cheesecrumbly, tangy blue cheese crumbles
- β dutch casserole
- β1 medium oniondiced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp paprikadried
- β1 tsp saltto taste
- β1/2 tsp black pepperto taste

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

Transfer the beef mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle shredded melted cheese over the top of the beef mixture.

Sprinkle crumbly blue cheese crumbles over the top of the melted cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
