Thai Cabbage Stew
A flavorful Thai-inspired stew made with cabbage, a blend of spices, and a hint of sweetness.
Ingredients

- β1 cup, diced stew
- β2 tablespoons, for serving melted
- β2 inches, sliced ginger
- β3 cloves, minced garlic
- β2 tablespoons fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar

1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
