Melted Indian Chocolate Curry

Ingredients
- β1 cup Dark Chocolate Chipsat least 70% cocoa
- β1/2 cup Heavy Creamchilled
- β2 tbsp Gheeclarified butter
- β1 tsp Garam MasalaIndian spice blend
- β1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powderground
- β1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powderground
- βpinch Salt

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, heat the ghee over low heat.

Add the garam masala, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg powder. Cook for 1 minute.
