Peruvian Potato Casserole

- ●2 tbsp peruvian mustardstore-bought or homemade
- ●1 casserole dish9x13 inch

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss sliced potatoes with peruvian mustard until coated.

Transfer potatoes to a greased casserole dish.

Sprinkle half of the melted cheese blend over potatoes.
