Russian Peppery Dumplings
A hearty and comforting Russian-inspired dish featuring fluffy dumplings in a rich peppery sauce served with a side of warm milk.

- β2 large eggsfor dumpling dough
- β1/2 cup waterfor dumpling dough
- β2 tablespoons pepperfreshly ground black pepper
- β2 tablespoons butterunsalted
- β1 medium oniondiced
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup milkwarm for serving

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, and water to form the dumpling dough.

Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces and roll each into a ball.
