Melted Russian Beef Skewers
A flavorful and tender skewer dish inspired by Russian cuisine, with a smoky twist.
Ingredients
- ●500g Russian ground beefpreferably 80/20 ratio
- ●200g Melted mozzarella cheeseshredded or sliced
- ●2 tsp Smoky paprikaadd for smoky flavor
- ●1 medium Onionfinely chopped
- ●10-12 Skewerswooden or metal

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef with onion and smoky paprika.

3. Thread the beef mixture onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece.

4. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to 63°C (145°F) for medium-rare.

5. During the last 2 minutes of grilling, place mozzarella cheese on top of the beef.

6. Remove skewers from grill and let rest for 2-3 minutes.

7. Serve immediately, garnished with additional onion if desired.
