Korean Chocolate Fondue
A sweet and indulgent dessert made with melted chocolate and served with crunchy Korean-style rice cakes.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Melting chocolate (dark or milk)chopped into small pieces
- β1/4 teaspoon Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)optional
- β2 tablespoons Nutellafor added flavor
- β12-15 pieces Rice cakes (Korean-style)for dipping
Instructions

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval.

Once melted, stir in the Nutella and Korean chili flakes (if using).

Place the melted chocolate mixture into a small fondue pot or a heatproof bowl.

Arrange the rice cakes on a platter or individual plates.
