Midnight Italian Almond Gnocchi Delight
A simple yet satisfying Italian dish, perfect for a late-night craving. This recipe combines soft gnocchi with crunchy almonds and a touch of Italian seasoning.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup (30g), sliced Almonds
- β2 tbsp (30ml) Olive oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup (15g), chopped Fresh parsley
- β1 tsp (5g) Italian seasoning
- β1/2 tsp (2g) Salt
- β1/4 tsp (1g) Black pepper
- β1/4 cup (30g), grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
