Midnight Jamaican Pudding
A rich and creamy pudding dessert inspired by Jamaican flavors, perfect for midnight cravings.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Unsweetened condensed milk
- β1 package (4-serving size) Pudding mix
- β1 3/4 cups Water
- β1 large Egg
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- β1/2 teaspoon Baking spices (e.g., cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger)
- β2 tablespoons Dark rum (optional)
- β1 cup Heavy cream

In a medium saucepan, combine the condensed milk, water, and pudding mix.

Whisk until the pudding mix is fully dissolved.
