- β200g Paneer
- β2 tbsp Gochujang
- β2 tbsp Sesame oil
- β1 large Onionthinly sliced
- β1 piece Gingergrated
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β1 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sambal oelek
- β1 bunch Scallionschopped

Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add ginger and garlic and cook for another minute.

Add gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, and sambal oelek. Stir well to combine.
