Creamy British Sour Cream Gratin

- β250g gratinpreferably British-style
- β60g midnight blue cheese crumbles
- β30g molten butter
- βto taste salt
- βchopped, for garnish fresh chives

Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).

In a medium saucepan, melt the molten butter over low heat.

Add the sour cream and stir until well combined.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.

Stir in the British-style gratin and blue cheese crumbles until well combined.

Season with salt to taste.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
