Thai-Style Roasted Chickpea Bites
Crispy roasted chickpea bites seasoned with Thai spices. A delicious and easy snack to make.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups chickpeasdrained and rinsed
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Thai red chili flakes
- β1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the chickpeas and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, Thai red chili flakes, cumin, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Add the chickpeas to the bowl and toss them to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chickpeas out in a single layer.

Roast the chickpeas in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
