German Egg Omelette
A classic German egg omelette recipe, perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons dutch cheeseshredded
- β1/4 cup milkwhole milk
- β1 tablespoon buttermelted

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a fork. Add the milk and whisk until smooth.

Heat the butter in a small non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to set.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over half of the omelette.

Use a spatula to gently fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese.
