Gratin Brie Bites
A bite-sized appetizer featuring creamy brie cheese baked in a mild, fluffy pastry crust.

- ●8 ounces Brie CheeseSoftened
- ●1/4 cup Algerian OlivesPitted
- ●1/4 cup Gratin CheeseShredded

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pastry dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

Cut out small squares of pastry, about 3 inches per side.

Place a small amount of softened brie cheese in the center of each square.

Top the brie cheese with a few pitted Algerian olives and some grated gratin cheese.

Fold the pastry squares in half to form triangles, pressing the edges to seal.

Place the gratin bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
