Smoky Robata Rajma Curry

- β1 cup Red Kidney Beans (Rajma)
- β1 cup Smoky Robata Lentils
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β1 tsp Cumin Powder
- β1 tsp Coriander Powder
- β1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- β1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- βto taste Salt

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.

Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Cook until onion is translucent.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 1 minute.

Add red kidney beans and smoky robata lentils. Mix well.

Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
