Korean Style Fried Rice Bowl
A delicious and easy Korean-inspired fried rice bowl recipe made with mildly spicy Gochujang, crispy vegetables, and a fried egg.
Ingredients

- ●2 Fried eggfried to desired doneness
- ●2 tablespoons Mild Gochujang
- ●1 cup Veggies (carrot, zucchini, green onion)
- ●1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- ●1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- ●1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- ●1/4 teaspoon Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)

Prepare the ingredients by chopping the veggies and cooking the rice.

Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the chopped veggies until tender.

Push the veggies aside and make a small well in the center of the pan.

Crack the eggs into the well and scramble them, breaking them up into small pieces.

Mix the eggs with the veggies and stir in the Gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.

Stir in the cooked rice and let it cook for 2-3 minutes, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.

Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper, and additional Gochujang if desired.
