Crispy Turkey Panini
A simple Italian-inspired dish using piadina bread and crispy turkey.

- β1 pound Turkey breastsliced
- β4 slices Piadina breadItalian flatbread
- β8 ounces Mild Italian cheesesuch as mozzarella
- β4 leaves Fresh basil leaveschopped
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor brushing

Instructions

Preheat a panini press or grill to medium-high heat.

Slice the turkey breast and season with salt and pepper.

Brush both sides of the piadina bread with olive oil.

Place one slice of bread in the panini press or grill, followed by a slice of turkey, a sprinkle of cheese, a few leaves of basil, and another slice of bread.
