Malaysian Chicken Satay
Traditional Malaysian street food made with marinated chicken, grilled to perfection and served with a side of peanut sauce. This dish is perfect for a quick and easy dinner.

- β1 cup Peanut sauceFor serving

In a large bowl, whisk together coconut milk, ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well to coat.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
