Brazilian Chicken Skewers
A flavorful and colorful dish inspired by Brazilian cuisine, featuring marinated chicken on skewers grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β500g chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β2 tbsp coconut oilfor brushing skewers
- β2 tbsp mildly hot saucesuch as sriracha
- β1 tsp nutty gheeor regular ghee
- β1 tsp cuminground
- β1 tsp paprikasmoked
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 medium bell pepperchopped

Preheat grill to 200Β°C (400Β°F) for 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together coconut oil, mildly hot sauce, nutty ghee, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the bowl and toss to coat.

Cut chicken breast into 1-inch pieces and add to the bowl, tossing to coat.

Thread chicken, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.
