- β1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantrochopped
- β4 ripe Tomatoeshalved
- β2 tbsp Mild Olive Oil
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black Pepper
- β2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
