- β2 tablespoons Lime Juicefreshly squeezed
- β1/2 cup Red Onionthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped

Instructions

Cut the fish into small pieces and place in a large bowl.

Add the sour ceviche mix, lime juice, red onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the fish.
