Spiced Shrimp Samosas
A fusion of Indian flavors with the freshness of shrimp, all wrapped up in crispy samosas.
Ingredients
- β12 oz Shrimp
- β1 package (24-30 pieces) Mildly spiced Indian samosa pastryavailable at most Indian grocery stores
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
- β4 Lemon wedges
- β1 cup Chutney
- β2 tsp Ginger paste
- β1 tsp Garlic paste
- β1 tsp Red chili powder
- β1 tsp Garam masala

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the ginger paste and garlic paste and sautΓ© for 1-2 minutes.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink and fully cooked.

In a bowl, mix the cooked shrimp with red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.

Heat the remaining 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Place a samosa pastry in the pan and fill with the shrimp mixture.

Fold the pastry in a triangle and press the edges to seal.

Repeat with the remaining pastry and filling.

Fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with chutney and lemon wedges.
