Spiced Chicken Tagine
A classic portuguese-inspired tagine dish featuring mildly spiced chicken.

Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into 1-inch pieces
- β1/2 pound mildly spiced portuguese sausage
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β2 tbsp chicken tagine spice blend
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β saltto taste
- β black pepperto taste

Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
