Egyptian Chicken Kebabs
A spicy and flavorful dish inspired by Egyptian cuisine, featuring marinated chicken kebabs grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β500g chicken breastcut into 1-inch cubes
- β200g mildly spicy yogurtstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tsp egyptian spicesa mix of cumin, coriander, and cinnamon
- β100g kebab saucestore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor brushing kebabs
- β1 large onionchopped
- β1 large bell pepperchopped
- β2 large tomatochopped

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, spices, and kebab sauce.

Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
