Egyptian Spicy Potato Bake
A flavorful and aromatic potato bake inspired by Egyptian cuisine, with a spicy kick. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- β1 cup spicy tomato sauce

- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tablespoons butter
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander

Peel the potatoes and slice them into 1/2-inch thick rounds.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.

Transfer the potato mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Drizzle the spicy tomato sauce over the potatoes.
