Spicy Chana Masala
A keto twist on the classic Indian dish, made with spicy chana masala and chickpeas.

- β1 can (14 oz) chickpeas
- β2 tbsp chana masalamake sure the store-bought version is low-carb
- β2 tbsp ghee
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1-inch piece ginger
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp coriander
- β1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- β1/2 tsp salt
- β1/4 tsp black pepper
- βchopped (for garnish) fresh cilantro

Instructions

Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the onion is translucent.

Add cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
