Jamaican Chicken Curry
A flavorful and spicy Jamaican-inspired curry dish made with chicken, mildly spicy ingredients, and a blend of aromatic spices.

- β1 1/2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- β2 tablespoons Jamaican curry powder
- β1 tablespoon Mildly spicy curry paste
- β1 large Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 can (14.5 oz) Canned diced tomatoes
- β1 cup Coconut milk
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
