Spicy Malaysian Boudin Stir Fry
A spicy twist on traditional Malaysian stir fry, featuring boudin noir and a variety of colorful vegetables.
Ingredients
- β250g boudin noirCasings removed
- β200g noodlesRice noodles
- β2 tbsp mildly spicy sauceStore-bought or homemade
- β1 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 cup mixed vegetablesBell peppers, carrots, broccoli
- β3 cloves garlicMinced
- β1 tsp soy sauce
- βto taste ground black pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the boudin noir and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until it is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

Add the noodles to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables and boudin noir.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mildly spicy sauce and soy sauce. Pour the sauce over the noodles and stir to combine.
