Spicy Fideua with Chickpea Pilaf
A twist on the classic Spanish dish, with a spicy kick. This fideua is served with a flavorful chickpea pilaf.

- β250g Fideua (Spanish noodle)
- β150g Mildly spicy chorizo, sliced
- β1 can (150g) Chickpeas
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1 tsp Paprika
- βto taste Salt
- β2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced chorizo and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and paprika and cook for 1 minute.

Add the fideua and cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.

Add the chickpeas, salt, and parsley. Stir to combine.
