Croatian Berry Sweet Bread
A sweet bread recipe combining the flavors of Croatia with fresh berries, perfect for a breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- β1 cup mildly sweet milk
- β2 cups all-purpose flourgluten-free option: substitute with 1:1 ratio of almond flour

- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 cup, diced granny smith apple
- β1 cup fresh berries
- β2 tablespoons sugar

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.

2. Add flour, salt, sugar, and diced apple to the bowl. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
