- ●2 tbsp olive oilFor sautéing

- ●1 tsp corianderGround
- ●to taste saltFlaky sea salt

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
