Kenyan Curry with Fenugreek and Fenugreek Chutney
A flavorful and aromatic Kenyan-inspired curry made with fenugreek and served with a side of tangy fenugreek chutney.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup Mildly Spiced Lentils
- ●1 cup Fenugreek Leaves
- ●1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- ●2 tsp Curry Powder
- ●2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- ●1 tsp Ginger
- ●2 cloves Garlic

Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the onion and sauté until translucent.

Add the ginger and garlic and sauté for another minute.

Add the mildly spiced lentils and stir to combine.
