Manchego and Lo Mein Stir Fry

Ingredients

- β1 cup, shredded Manchego cheese
- β2 tbsp Tempered vegetable oil
- β1 large Mildly cooked bell peppersSliced
- β1/4 cup Sliced green onions
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp, grated Ginger
- β1 tsp, minced Garlic

Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of tempered vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced bell peppers and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
