Croatian Chicken Wrap
A simple and delicious wrap filled with chicken, Croatian spices, and chocolatey goodness. This dish is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β1 teaspoon Croatian spicesuse a mix of paprika, garlic, and caraway seeds
- β1 cup milkfor marinating the chicken
- β2 tablespoons chocolatey spreaduse a dairy-free chocolate spread for a vegan version
- β1 large flour tortilla wrapor a gluten-free wrap

1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk and Croatian spices. Add the chicken breast and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook on the grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

4. Meanwhile, toast the wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
