Milktopia Queso Fritters
Crispy Italian-inspired fritters filled with milktopia and queso, perfect for snacking or as a side dish.
Ingredients
- β1 (8 oz) container Milktopia
- β1 (8 oz) container Queso
- β1 cup All-purpose flourpreferably gluten-free
- β1 tsp Italian seasoningdried basil, oregano, and thyme
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- βfor frying Olive oil
- β1/2 cup Bread crumbsgluten-free

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine milktopia and queso.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the milktopia-queso mixture and mix until well combined.

4. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop small balls of the mixture into a shallow dish filled with bread crumbs.

5. Roll each ball between your hands to shape into a ball and then flatten slightly.

6. Heat about 1/2 inch of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

7. When the oil is hot, add a few fritters to the skillet (do not overcrowd).

8. Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

9. Remove the fritters from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

10. Repeat with the remaining fritters.
