- β4-6 buns Mindful Bungluten-free
- β1 cup Vietnamese Cha
- β2 tbsp Briny Bun

Preheat your steamer for 10 minutes.

Prepare the tofu by crumbling it into small pieces.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the tofu, Vietnamese Cha, and Briny Bun. Mix well.
