Syrian Pastry Stuffed Flatbread
A delicious and easy-to-make flatbread stuffed with a mixture of mindfully prepared ingredients, perfect for a quick dinner or snack.
Ingredients
- ●1 package Syrian Pastry
- ●4-6 pieces Flatbread
- ●1 tablespoon Mindfully prepared mix of herbs (parsley, oregano, thyme)
- ●2 tablespoons Flaky pastry crumbs
- ●1/4 cup Feta cheese crumbles
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lay out the flatbread pieces and evenly spread a tablespoon of the herb mix on each.

Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of flaky pastry crumbs on each piece of flatbread.

Top with a quarter cup of feta cheese crumbles.

Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roll out the Syrian pastry and cut into 4-6 squares.

Place a piece of flatbread on each square and fold the pastry to seal the edges.
