Algerian Lentil Tagine
A hearty and flavorful North African stew made with lentils, aromatic spices, and fresh minty notes. Serve with crusty bread or over couscous.

- β2 tsp algeriantagine spice blend
- β1/4 cup mintychopped fresh mint
- β2 cups water
- β2 tbsp olive oil
