Miso-Glazed Bresaola Tacos
A fusion of japanese flavors with venezuelan cuisine, these miso-glazed bresaola tacos are a unique twist on traditional tacos
Ingredients
- β8 oz Bresaolathinly sliced
- β2 tbsp Miso pastewhite miso
- β1/2 cup Marinated pepperssuch as pimentos or bell peppers
- β4-6 Tacos shellscorn or flour
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- β2 Lime wedgesfor serving
- β1 tsp Venezuelan aji amarillooptional, for spice

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. In a small saucepan, whisk together miso paste and 2 tbsp water until smooth.

3. Add marinated peppers to the miso glaze and stir to combine.

4. Place bresaola on a baking sheet and brush with miso glaze.

5. Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until caramelized.

6. Warm tacos shells according to package instructions.

7. Assemble tacos by placing roasted bresaola onto a shell, followed by a spoonful of marinated peppers and a sprinkle of cilantro.

8. Serve immediately, with lime wedges and aji amarillo on the side.
