Thai Chicken Wrap
A flavorful and easy-to-make wrap filled with juicy chicken and crunchy vegetables. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breastcut into thin strips
- β1 large wrap moist and flaky wrapany Thai wrap will do
- β2 tablespoons coconut oilfor brushing the wrap
- β2 green chiliessliced
- β1/2 red onionthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup cilantrochopped
- β1 tablespoon fish sauceoptional
- β1 tablespoon lime juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 teaspoon honeyoptional
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Brush the chicken with coconut oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, brush the wrap with coconut oil and grill for 1-2 minutes, or until lightly toasted.

In a small bowl, mix together the green chilies, red onion, cilantro, fish sauce, lime juice, and honey.
