Jamaican Chicken Bake
A flavorful and spicy Jamaican-inspired bake dish made with chicken, farfalle, and a hint of smokiness.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- β2 tablespoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
- β4 tablespoons Moist butter, softened
- β8 ounces Farfalle pasta
- β1/4 cup Shredded coconut
- β1/4 cup Bake
- β Salt and pepper, to taste
- β 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the jerk seasoning and softened butter until well combined.

Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and toss to coat with the jerk seasoning mixture.

Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the chicken is baking, combine the cooked farfalle pasta, shredded coconut, and bake in a separate bowl.

Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Add the sliced chicken to the pasta mixture and toss to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
