Classic Ginger Molasses Cookies
Soft, chewy, and full of spice, these classic cookies are a staple of the holiday season. Made with molasses and ginger, they're perfect for dunking in your morning coffee.
Ingredients

- β1 teaspoon baking soda
- β2 tablespoons crystallized gingergrated
- β1/2 cup molasses
- β1 cup granulated sugar
- β2 large eggs
- β1 cup unsalted buttersoftened

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in molasses and eggs until well combined.
