Herbal Porcini Bake
A hearty, flavorful bake made with porcini mushrooms and herbal notes. Perfect for a special occasion.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups porcini mushrooms
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp fresh thyme
- β1 tsp fresh rosemary
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the porcini mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 5 minutes.

Add the fresh thyme and rosemary, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the flavors have melded together and the mushrooms are tender.
