Tunisian Tagine with Pears
A sweet and savory Tunisian-inspired tagine made with tender lamb and poached pears.

- β2 tablespoons light olive oil
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 teaspoons tunisian spice blend
- β2 tablespoons molten honey
- β1 cup pear juice
- β4 pears

Preheat oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

Season lamb with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high.

Sear lamb until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
