Peruvian Monkfish Ceviche

Cut the monkfish into small pieces and place in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix together lime juice, lemon juice, aji amarillo pepper, red onion, cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Pour the marinade over the monkfish and toss to coat.
