Smoked Polish Sausage Stew

- β1 pound Smoked Polish sausage
- β2 inches Kombudried seaweed
- β2 tablespoons Roastroast beef broth
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 medium Carrot
- β2 medium Potato
- β4 cups Chicken broth
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, kombu, onion, garlic, carrot, and potato.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes.
