Beef Stroganoff Dumplings
A hearty twist on the classic Russian dish, served with fluffy dumplings and a rich beef sauce.

- β1 package Dumpling Wrappersusually found in the frozen food section
- β2 tablespoons Molten Buttermelted and separated from the solid butter
- β2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- β1 cup Beef Broth
- β1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β1 cup Sour Creamfor serving
- β1/4 cup Chopped Chivesfor garnish

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the dumpling wrappers according to package instructions.

2. In a large skillet, melt the molten butter over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
