Dutch Stamppot with Bacon and Sauerkraut

- β1 bunch kale
- β6 slices lardonspreferably thick-cut bacon
- β1 cup sour sauerkraut
- β2 tbsp sourapple cider vinegar

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
