Spicy Beef Fajitas
Quick and flavorful fajitas made with spicy beef and sautéed vegetables. Serve with warm flour tortillas and your favorite toppings.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound Beef (flank steak)Slice into thin strips
- ●2 Bell Peppersany color
- ●1 Onionsthinly sliced
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1 teaspoon Spicy Pepper Flakesor to taste
- ●1 packet Fajita Seasoningor homemade blend
- ●4-6 Flour Tortillaswarm before serving
- ●1 cup Salsaoptional
- ●1 cup Shredded Cheeseoptional

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the beef for 3-4 minutes or until browned.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining oil and cook the bell peppers and onions for 4-5 minutes or until tender.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the spicy pepper flakes and fajita seasoning and cook for 1 minute.

Add the beef back into the skillet and stir to combine.

Warm the flour tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the fajitas by placing the beef and vegetable mixture onto the tortillas and topping with salsa and cheese if desired.
